Page 90: M bag rate for Mexico as of July 9, 1995 was 72¢.

Page 92: M bag rate for rest of world as of July 9, 1995 was 79¢.

Belgium Congo: For airmail rates see Zaire on pages 202-3. For surface rates, see UPU rates as of Jan. 1, 1886 (page 4).

Page 233: Table 1: Column 1 should be dated July 1, 1875 (1875 GPU Convention of Paris). The international registration fee became 8¢ on Jan. 1, 1893. It became 10¢ on Nov. 1, 1909 (PB 9009 (Sept. 16, 1909)).

Page 236: Table 3: Column 1 should be dated July 1, 1875 (1875 GPU Convention of Paris). In the United States, an international return receipt beginning that date was free. The return receipt requested after mailing service did indeed begin on Jan. 1, 1899, but in the US this service was initially free. Effective April 15, 1925 (PB 13745 (Apr. 10, 1925)), the international return receipt fee became 5¢. Effective Dec. 1, 1925, as correctly given in Table 3, the return receipt requested after mailing fee became 10¢.
